11 year old Joe Ellett of OldCastle School, seen here with his mum, the Lord
Mayor and Mayoress. He raised over £400 for the Poppy Appeal by selling
poppy's and wrist bands at his school. He helped with the raising of the
Flag at this years event at the council offices.
